How CRWDEX works

For Crew

1. Sign up and create your listing

Create your account and add your role, qualifications, experience, skills, pricing and availability to your listing. Then add your payment details for invoicing and complete your superannuation form if applicable. Email your qualifications to crwdex@gmail.com for verification. Your profile goes live once the verification process is complete.

2. Apply for jobs and confirm booking requests

Receive booking requests directly or browse jobs that match your skills and availability. Express interest by inviting the owner/operator to view your profile if applying through the job board. Review any booking request’s dates, hours, rates and duties, clarify questions through your CRWDEX inbox, then accept to confirm.

3. Complete the shift and confirm hours

Once the agreed work is completed. Discuss any additional hours then confirm your final hours through CRWDEX after the shift (alter these hours in the CRWDEX inbox, and the boat owner/operator will confirm). You have 24hrs after the booking finishes to make changes to the working hours. Otherwise invoice gets automatically issued to the initial agreed upon hours.
